A commonly heard phrase among occupational therapy practitioners is β€œNobody understands what I do.” Do you often find yourself questioning your value and β€œhustling” for your worthiness? Or have you fully explored and embraced your inherent worth? Get ready for an innovative and interactive session of self-exploration and self-discovery. Through personal story and fun-filled facilitated activities you will learn five steps you can take to embrace living in your unique value as an occupational therapy practitioner. You’ll be challenged to explore potential barriers including shame and perfectionism as you gain an understanding of how the concepts of creativity, courage, compassion, and storytelling can help you revalue ourselves and your occupational therapy practices.
