ASL at Home
ASL at Home is a family-centered curriculum designed for families with young deaf children.

Here’s why we teach the way we do: we do not start with the alphabet. American Sign Language (ASL) is a full language, so it’s important to begin by learning basic signs and understanding how the language fits into everyday routines. Our approach focuses on teaching ASL through meaningful, routine-based learning rather than isolated drills. 📝👩💻🧑🧑🧒🧒✨

One signs and five daily opportunities!!✨🤩
Join ASL at Home so you can incorporate signs into you and your child’s everyday routines.
Transcript: One sign, five daily opportunities. Example: MORE
Children will sign “MORE” during:
Eating, playing, bath time, reading, and transitioning (for example transitioning from bath time to their bedroom). One signs into five daily routines is an example why routine-based learning works.
