Both Eric Guerra and Patrick Kennedy are running for county board super seats. They’ve been shuffling homeless people back-and-forth down Stockton Boulevard since this sweep in 2019 no real time services were ever provided for these people. They have not been prioritized for housing or shelter and they have been recycled up and down Stockton) Boulevard.

Over 200 people once lived on 5900 Stockton Blvd., which is now becoming apartments. Many of them were original residence of the hotel and trailer park that once stood. There was multiple amounts of money collected for this piece of land and multiple ideas that never amounted to anything until now. It would be interesting to actually see if that money ended up being invested in their apartments being built. The people that originally lived on this lot have continued to be shuffled over 100 of them have died.

Before you vote, look into the history of this lot, the major sweep and what has happened realistically. After this sweep, we did meet with Patrick Kennedy however, Eric Guerra has remained silence except for prosecuting, land owners, and the Unhoused). Neither candidate has done anything useful to address this crisis nor have they ever truly worked with impacted voices or those who were directly on the ground.

🚨😳🤦🏽‍♀️Can we talk about why Eric Guerra took down comment on this post? Good thing I happen to keep receipts for everything. I screenshot it my response before and reposted that in the comments.

Obviously, they don’t want transparency since he’s running for supervisor. Over 100 people have died from the specific lots he’s talking about who experienced homelessness. He has been the most unresponsive city council member to anybody who actually does the work on the ground with the people who actually live on the street.
