Our ring ceremony for our 2026 Girl’s State Champions will take place on Wednesday, July 29th at 6 PM in the new Sports Performance Building behind the football field. All parents are welcome to attend. Canes will be provided for the lifters.

Happy 4th, everyone! Hope you all have had a great holiday.

Just a quick update on rings:

We will present rings to our boy’s team this Monday July 6 at 6 PM in the new Cedar Creek Performance Center. Food will be provided for the boys. Parents are welcome to attend, this will be a short ceremony that will last around 30 minutes.

Cougars representing at PA Nationals! Shout out to Coach Lawson for going the extra mile and giving back to the program getting our lifters ready for the national stage!

Joanie Cannon, Wyatt Gremillion take home the gold in the Sub Junior weight classes while Gia Garlington brings home the silver.

Carter Lewis and Lawson Lillo both take home gold in their Junior weight classes today.

Parents,

Please remember to RSVP for our upcoming banquet by this Friday, April 24th to make sure we will order enough food. Please email or text Coach Angevine with how many will be coming from your party. Ben Christmas will cater with crawfish and chicken tenders. The banquet will be held on Thursday, May 14th at 6 PM at the Bullock’s house. Lifters will eat for free.
