We had a great time at Brookdale last week!

🍫🌱 Soy-licious Learning at Brookdale! 🌱🍫

I had a wonderful time visiting with the residents at Brookdale and sharing information about the health benefits of soy foods. We discussed how soy is a great source of high-quality protein, contains no cholesterol, and may support heart health when used in place of foods that are higher in saturated fat.

After our discussion, we made a delicious Soy Chocolate Mousse using tofu and soymilk. It was a fun way to discover how nutritious ingredients can create a tasty treat!

I always enjoy my time at Brookdale and am grateful for the opportunity to work with Megan and continue this wonderful partnership. Thank you to the residents for your participation and great conversation. I look forward to my next visit! ❤️
