Sometimes when you wing it making things you run out of yarn. I had to make a trip to Dreamboat Marine to get another skein to finish this set of poi.

The label says it makes one hat. Now I know it also makes 1.75 poi with this pattern. I love this yarn it is reflective in the dark and UV reactive!!

Ok so I was going through my things and looking for inspiration for my next set of Halloween poi!!

In the past I have made zombies, shrunken heads, 🎃 Jack-O-Lanterns, and my favorite frog wizards. This year I will probably make some of the same but I am going to start with something new right now.

Actually, now that I think about it I still have some glow in the dark yarn in my stash I can pull out!!

Yeah so many ideas flying around in my head right now. I am excited to see what this next set will be. Sometimes the ideas morph mid crochet. Lol mad scientist or mad crochetist?!

I used to crochet and make flow toys to have grand plans of selling them. But I was making very few sales, here and there. It was very disheartening. Now I am making sales every week and having to make sure I have enough time to make more props. This is the best feeling. I haven't decided if I am looking forward to winter or dreading it.... without making as much sales but also stocking up on making toys for next season.

I have been working to build up my inventory of all the flow toys. But lately I have been really concentrating on crochet juggling balls and crochet poi. This is a set of poi I just finished to take with me to Buffalo today for vending. I really hope the weather holds.
