Ayni Learning is looking for a warm, patient, and flexible part-time teacher to join our small, non-traditional learning community starting Fall 2026.

We are a homeschool hybrid program serving K–5 students, focused primarily on reading and math, with additional enrichment in writing, geography, science, and art. What we’re looking for:
• A teacher who values individualized learning and connection
• Preferably someone with an ESE (Exceptional Student Education) background
• Recent college graduates or soon-to-be graduates are welcome to apply
• A willingness to grow with our program and embrace a non-traditional structure

Schedule:
• Monday–Thursday, 8:00–11:00 AM
• Flexibility to also work Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons

Additional opportunities may be available for candidates interested in teaching:
Spanish, art & crafts, geography, book club, or writing

If you’re passionate about education and excited by a more personalized, student-centered approach, we’d love to hear from you.
