The Weathered Cottage

Friends and former customers, many of you met my sister Bonnie when she was working for us at the shop. She is the most loving, giving person you could ever know and the same goes for her husband Blake. Our family is heartbroken over his recent accident and doing everything we can to support them through this.

After years of painting with Chalk Paint® for myself and for clients most of my projects get stashed away in the jumbled part of my memory where they all sort of melt together. But then once in a great while there's that special one. One that you know you could never forget. This beauty goes in that category. I'm very proud of this finish. It's authentic. It's soft, but has depth. It's feminine, but strong.
