Something I've been thinking about a lot lately is how often we look outside ourselves for permission to trust what we already know.
We ask for another opinion. We replay the conversation. We wait until we can explain our decision well enough that nobody questions it. Sometimes we know what we need, but we're still learning how to honor it.
That's part of the work we're doing inside The Portal this month. Getting curious about the stories we tell ourselves, noticing where we override our own needs, and learning to make decisions that actually reflect what matters to us.
Self-trust doesn't mean you'll always get it right.
It means you're willing to listen to yourself, take responsibility for your choices, and give yourself room to learn along the way.
I'm finding that there's a lot of freedom in that.
What would change if you gave your own knowing a little more room? ✨️
