Deliberate practice becomes clearer when the performance is observable: identify a rhythm from a strip, explain the discriminating feature, or choose the next action from a pattern. A large medical student study used repeated ECG rhythm strip cases with feedback and described the resulting learning curve. 🌾 Organophosphate poisoning produces both muscarinic and nicotinic findings. Bronchorrhea, wheezing, bradycardia, vomiting, miosis, and fasciculations are one acetylcholine excess syndrome. Titrate atropine to control respiratory secretions and improve oxygenation, not to normalize the pupils. Begin pralidoxime promptly, remove contaminated clothing safely, and support ventilation. The answer is a paired treatment because atropine blocks muscarinic effects while pralidoxime addresses the inhibited enzyme.
