Getting our hands a little dirty and learning a lot along the way 🌱
Our students spent time in the school garden planting fresh vegetables, herbs, and flowers, turning lessons into real-life experiences.
We can’t wait to watch everything (and everyone!) grow 🌿

What an AMAZING day at our Color Fun Run yesterday! 🌈🏃♂️
Our students had a blast running, laughing, and getting covered in color from head to toe! The energy and excitement were truly unforgettable. From the starting line to the final lap, our students showed determination, joy, and lots of smiles.
A huge thank you to our families, staff, and volunteers for supporting this event and cheering on our runners. Your encouragement made all the difference!

Our students made oobleck with Mrs. Lynn and dove into a fascinating hands-on lesson about materials science! 🧪✨ Oobleck is a mixture of cornstarch and water that shows properties of both solids and liquids.
What we did: Students mixed about 2 parts cornstarch to 1 part water, adjusted until the texture felt right, then tested it by squeezing, tapping, and letting it flow.
What we observed: When you apply quick force (squeeze or hit), oobleck behaves like a solid and resists motion. When you apply gentle pressure or let it sit, it behaves like a liquid and slowly flows.
Why it happens: The cornstarch particles form temporary structures under stress, causing the mixture to act solid. When stress is removed, those structures break and the mixture returns to a liquid-like state.
