❤️ Our Names Tell a Story! ❤️

Today our friends enjoyed the beautiful book Alma and How She Got Her Name by Juana Martinez-Neal. We learned that our names are more than just words—they can connect us to our families, our history, and the people who love us.

After reading Alma’s story, each child received a red bracelet as a special reminder of the connections we share. ❤️ Just like Alma discovered the meaning behind each part of her name, our bracelets represent friendship, belonging, and the special bond we have with one another in our classroom.

The first couple of days of school have been full of smiles, new friendships, and exciting new adventures! 💚 Watching our little learners grow, move up, and embrace new experiences has been such a joy. We can’t wait to see what this school year brings!

As we prepare for Monday, our preschool classroom will look a little different.

Some of our sweet little friends are spreading their wings and heading off to Pre-K. While we couldn’t be more proud of how much they’ve learned and grown, saying goodbye is never easy.

These children have filled our days with laughter, hugs, curiosity, and unforgettable memories. They’ve become such a special part of The Learning Tree Academy family, and a little piece of our hearts goes with each one as they begin this exciting new adventure.

To our amazing parents, thank you for trusting us with your greatest treasures. It has truly been an honor to love, teach, and watch your children grow.

We can’t wait to see lots of pictures from their very first day of Pre-K! Please share them with us—we’ll be cheering them on every step of the way.
