What started off as a collaborative has bloomed into an active non profit and upcoming farm school.

Our mission is to create a pipeline for black and brown youth from marginalized communities to reclaim agriculture as a means to liberation. What this looks like is active representation.

If you are a black or brown land steward and would like to host us, reach out. If you are a carrier of wisdom, please contact us. If you can teach skills that you feel our youth need, come lead a workshop.

We are planting seeds, so we need all hands on deck.

Agriculture is nothing without culture.
We toured .us , a 5th-generation Black-owned cotton farm, to disrupt the narratives that disconnect Black and Brown folks from land and legacy.

Our people have always been master farmers. Our culture lives in the soil. Representation is the work.

From Rocky Mount to Ahoskie last week was a success! We ran both of our garden programs in partnership with Down East Partnership and the City of Ahoskie.

We learned how to protect the our soil in winter and planted some winter greens in our green house.
