One of my favorite things about Sociable is getting to offer fun pop-ups like this alongside our signature classes. The setting may change, but the goal is always the same: giving kids real opportunities to practice being kind, confident and respectful.

One of my favorite things about private Sociable coaching is getting to meet each kid/teen exactly where they are!

Yesterday I worked individually with these twin brothers on introductions, conversation skills, eye contact, everyday social norms, opening doors, offering your seat + more. Can't wait for our next session!

Private sessions can be one-on-one or done alongside a sibling or friend, and we can tailor the focus and pace to what will be most helpful for each child. 🤗

Phase 2 starts Sunday!! If your child has completed Phase 1, we’d love to see them back for a natural progression beyond the social skills & modern manners we learned in Phase 1! NEW SOCIABLE SHIRTS! 🤍

I’m so excited to add these to Sociable! Available in kids + adult sizes and just $20 per shirt with local pickup in Rockwall! Big thanks to my family for modeling!! 😂

Color is sage green (looks brighter outdoors, scroll to last pics) and I have to mention the material because these are SO soft and comfy. It’s the kind of shirt you’ll want to wear all the time! 🙌🏻

One of the coolest parts of growing Sociable has been seeing more and more kids and families become part of it. I would LOVE to see past, present, and future Sociable families wearing these around town! 🥹 And if you’re a friend or supporter who believes in what we’re building here, I’d love to see you in one too! 🤍

I’m incredibly grateful for every family who has signed up for a class, shared a post, told a friend, encouraged me, or helped spread the word. Watching this little idea continue to grow has been so much fun, and I’m so thankful for everyone who has been a part of it!

Another Phase 1: Foundations class wrapped up this week!! 💛 These kids did such an awesome job through all 3 sessions!

In Phase 1, we build the foundation with skills like:
✨ Confident introductions + eye contact
✨ Conversation skills + including others
✨ Dining basics + table manners
✨ Sportsmanship + respect
✨ Confidence speaking in front of others
✨ Making people feel seen and included

After completing Foundations, the next step is Phase 2: Framework, where we build on those skills with:
✨ Dining in more detail + restaurant confidence
✨ Interviews + first impressions
✨ Hosting + being a gracious guest
✨ Travel etiquette
✨ Personal + digital etiquette
✨ Confidence navigating real-world social situations

These are the everyday skills that help kids feel more confident wherever they go. 💛

Our September dates are officially live for PHASE 1 Foundations!! I added them to the website this morning, and 3 enrollments have already come in! 😍 I can’t wait to welcome the next group! Hope to see you in September!!

Calling all middle school boy moms! 📣 (and if you aren’t one, tag one you know 🤗)

So many have asked me to create something specifically for middle school boys…and after lots of encouragement (my best friend finally convinced me 😄), I’m doing it!

I’m so excited to introduce Sociable Guys Club, a new seasonal series designed just for boys in grades 6–8.

As a middle school boy mom myself, I know these guys aren’t exactly asking to spend their day at an etiquette class. 😄 That’s why this won’t feel like one! My goal is to make these sessions interactive, engaging, and full of practical conversations they’ll actually enjoy while learning real-life skills they’ll use for years to come.

These sessions will focus on topics middle school boys are navigating right now, including confidence, sportsmanship, leadership, conversation skills, respect, and practical life skills they’ll use for years to come.

Each session will feature a different topic, and we will offer the Sociable Guys Club every other month throughout the school year. The first two sessions are now open for enrollment!

We’re also planning to bring in some incredible guest speakers from our community throughout the year to encourage and invest in these young men.

I truly can’t wait to launch this. I have a feeling it’s going to become one of my favorite things we offer at Sociable! 💙
