Impactful Mentoring

I am a veteran coach that helps teens and their parents improve their relationships. This occurs through 1-on-1, group, and/or family coaching.

I am an experienced educator and future school counselor and therapist. Provided support is top-notch. A PACT, is an agreement. ImPACTful Mentoring offers several opportunities for parents and teens to come together and agree on the various ways they can grow together. While the services I offer provides those opportunities, I empower the parents and teen to hone in on their communication skills, coping strategies, and mindfulness practices.
