Intuitive Play Childcare

We had a great time celebrating Easter with our daycare families. Thank you to everyone who joined us for this special event!

We love collaborative play! This new ocean stacking set is a group favorite for all ages.

Self correcting materials are a staple in the Montessori environment. Our group is currently very interested in counting and this is one of our favorite math works.

Introducing new sensory materials in a great way to engage find motor skills. Once we are familiar with these materials we will begin using them to expand and practice skills such as letter and number recognition.

Some St. Patrick’s day experiments and activities. We worked on creating a rainbow pattern and watching what happens when you add hot water to Skittles. We used water colors and painted salt shamrocks, and we used rainbow floam to practice counting and number recognition.

Our math focused materials were very popular today during work time. We focused on multiple different math skills while playing together.
