Dr. Thomasa Bond: ECE Growth

Dr. Thomasa Bond: ECE Growth I am an early childhood author, keynote presenter, founder of ECE Growth, and adjunct professor.

Professionals in the early childhood education field should know the appropriate ways to interact with children, parents and families. Children are prized possessions and you only have one chance to do it right. This is why I am so passionate about providing information that will help caregivers, teachers, facilitators, and educators to provide a better learning environment for children. This will

also benefit parents since they can ask different questions if they are aware of developmentally appropriate practices in child care and education.

Children, staff, and parents will be honest when they feel supported.
