Reached 20k today! Total seminar attendance + in-home clients = 20,000. And get this… Joe is a former technology teacher! He used to teach technology classes back in the late 70s and early 80s. Seems fitting that he was the one to help me reach this milestone. 😊

As a follow up to a previous post about the importance of proper password management, I have attached a JPG of a password sheet I give to folks who attend my Your Digital Afterlife seminar. Print it out and use it to help organize your passwords — for yourself and next of kin. If you would like a PDF or editable Word version of the sheet, please send me an email at [email protected]. And remember 3 things: print NEATLY, store it somewhere SAFE and give a copy to someone you TRUST as a back up. Best wishes.

***** PLEASE. PLEASE. PLEASE keep a master list of all your digital assets. This should include all your usernames, passwords, security questions/answers, and login credentials for your various online accounts and devices. Don’t forget to include the passcode to your smartphone — as access to your phone will be needed in order to receive verification codes. If you write them down, PLEASE print NEATLY — do not write in cursive.
Lastly, PLEASE give a copy of this document to someone you trust as backup — or let them know where you store the list. When you die or are hospitalized, your affairs will need to be taken care of. The best thing you can do for the people you leave behind is providing them with easy access to your online life.
Thank you.
