This Sunday morning, 6/7 at 8 am. Group run starts at the Bushnell Basin Trail Head for the Crescent Trail. Do an hour with us. Do some more after. 🤷🏻♂️ Great trails and even greater company!

We asked the other day “what would you want in order to race in a shirt. We got a lot of awesome responses that we will be looking to add really soon - A lot of other responses though, we have those options already.

🚨‼️ MOTG TRAIL WORK HELP NEEDED ‼️🚨
Saturday, June 6th @ 9 am
We will be working on the Finger lakes trail in Letchworth, meeting at Access D on River road in Mount Morris 42.685624,-77.920966 starting at 9AM Loping small branches, reblazing and digging out drainage areas.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

Thank you to everyone who joined us this morning for our “pop-up” edition Sunday morning group run. Congrats to all who ran down at Cayuga 50’s yesterday!!! These runs are about more than just logging miles—they’re about community, connection, and sharing the trail experience together.
We’ll see you next Sunday at 8:00 AM for another adventure!

🚨‼️ GROUP RUN ALERT ‼️🚨
Come out and join us tomorrow morning at 8 am for an unplanned, pop-up group run through the trails at Durand Eastman. We will meet up at parking lot D on Lakeshore Blvd and begin promptly at 8. We will do the typical hour group run and then some additional miles for anyone interested in adding on some more (last big training miles weekend heading into MOTG on 6/20!)
