✅ FACT:
You can get started with basic, affordable tools.
For canning high acid foods like fruits, sauces and picked foods you likely already have some of the needed equipment like alarge pot, jars, simple utensils.

CANNING TRUTH:
Home-canned food often tastes better than store-bought because:
* You control ingredients
* You control sugar levels
* No preservatives
