Dakota PTSA is about more than what happens inside our school; we’re part of a bigger community, and we love sharing opportunities for our students and families!

Rochester Community Education is celebrating National Chess Day with a full day of chess, friendly competition and skill-building!

📅 Saturday, October 10 8:30 AM–3:30 PM
Northrop Community Education Center
Open to students in grades K–8
All experience levels welcome!

That means Dakota students can join in too! Booyah!

This is not a Dakota PTSA sponsored event, we’re simply helping spread the word because connecting families with opportunities in our community is part of what community is all about.

Well we sure loved meeting all the new 6 graders, and all the returning students. We enjoyed having you spin our wheel, take our flyers to order tshirts, and or join the PTSA and we reached a few new members for Box Tops!
