We are still doing all types of stonework and now installing brick and block

Stone Mason Helper wanted
- Masonry experience a plus but not required (block, brick, and/or stone)
- Driver’s license required
- Pay based on experience

Pay based on experience, operate mixer, keep mason stocked w material, build scaffold, drivers license required

Stone Mason Apprentice/Helper wanted
- Operate mortar mixer
- Keep other masons stocked with material
- Build/disassemble scaffolding
- Must be willing to learn new skills such as small hand power tools and willing to learn how to operate heavy equipment
- Good math skills is a plus but not required
- Languages: Limited working English(required), Spanish (preferred but not required)

Qualification Requirements:
- Masonry experience a plus but not required
- Driver’s license (required)
- Machine operation
- Brick/block and stone laying

Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift and carry, on a frequent basis, at least 50-90 pounds personally, and up to 150 pounds with assistance
- Work is sometimes performed at heights up to 30 feet, requiring the apprentice to using ladders and scaffolds or crawling, as required
- Manual dexterity to hand-carry generators, lumber and other construction materials, power tools, and hand tools
- Maintain constant alertness to the multiple activities of the construction site, including other employees and contractors, and the movement of mobile equipment
- Frequently walk on uneven surfaces, including natural ground in varying weather conditions

Work Environment
- Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions and occasionally indoors
- Work environment periodically exposes the employees to high levels of noise, grease, and dust that is typically associated with a construction project
