We spent the weekend in Norfolk, VA, at , participating in the Virginia OB/GYN Trainee Advocacy Day! We were able to talk to so many future OB/GYNs about the benefit that high-quality childbirth education can have for their patient! We enjoyed meeting everyone as well as learning from all of the panelists and presenters! We are excited to do this work in a state that prioritizes advocacy in reproductive healthcare!

✨Life lately✨
Our most recent class was a lucky bunch! We had the opportunity to have TWO guest speakers with us (the wonderful Bridget Brodie of and Dr. Mat Henderson of Roanoke Pediatrics). There were so many wonderful conversations being had and lots of myth busting 💥
