The Groundwork Project is a career readiness and leadership development program open to youth that have an identified barrier to entering the workplace or graduating from college. These barriers are identified by teachers, counselors, or other qualified professionals. Verdun staff engage the participants in low and high rope challenges targeting specific skills such as communication, leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving.
