Alright friends, everyone has been back for a few weeks and I bet you’re thinking about retirement now huh?! 😂. I just met this week with a 22 year old 1st year teacher and we got him set up with a Roth IRA so he has that in addition to his mandatory state contributions in the new Pension Plus 2 program. He’s has a plan to be sitting pretty in 30 years and not have to get a part time job when he retires at 52. I would love to talk to you and check your retirement readiness! Take care! Jay Doyle

Happy summer to all the teachers! Another year in the books - so how many are left? Summer is the perfect time to do a maintenance checkup on your retirement planning. Just like you do regular maintenance on your car you should be thinking about how your retirement planning is progressing. More than just the retirement accounts but also the many other factors that come into play. I can help you. I’ve done it for many others. I love talking all things retirement! I can’t possibly have all the answers for every teacher’s unique situation but I have a lot of the questions that probably aren’t even on your radar. We can chat to see if we are a fit to work together. I wish you all the best!
