On November 1, 1977, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated's Mu Xi Lambda was chartered to serve the Inland Empire of Southern California. Eleven men founded the chapter and began to plan for the future. Eight were military brothers, and three were civilians from chapters across the country. Phirst Year Out was a movie! Celebrating our 1-year Alphaversary, the energy was unmatched from start to finish! Nothing but good vibes, great music, heavy D9 and non-D9 support all night.
The function was packed, the unity was real, and the love showed out in a major way. It wasn’t just a party, it was a celebration of brotherhood, growth, and our first year of legacy.
By the end of the night, people were already calling it one of the best D9 parties in the IE - and we’re just getting started.
