Starting TODAY, Wednesday April 29, Riverside University Health System are providing services for our community! Their vehicle will be parked and located in our back parking lot from 9:30 am - 5:00 pm each week.

Our two Highgrove Employees of the Year, Mr. Ramos and Mr. Nieto, went to a RCPTA Celebration Brunch to congratulate all district recipients.

Highgrove's PTA was given the Principal's Choice Award for working so hard for our scholars, school and community! Our PTA President, Melissa Ramirez was there to accept the award! Way to go Highgrove PTA!

Tonight RUSD hosted the Employee Recognition Ceremony at Ramona High school and we celebrated our own Employees of the Year!! Congratulations to Mr. Nieto and Mr. Ramos for representing Highgrove!!

Time for TK/Kindergarten Enrollment for 2026-27 school year! It is a Great Time to Become a Husky!

Husky Families,
One of our parents, Jocelyn Gonzalez was nominated as a Woman of Distinction for County of Riverside Supervisor Jose Medina's office. Here is what Mr. Deaver submitted about her:
"One of Highgrove's most involved parents is Jocelyn Gonzalez, the mother of Hector Yerden Gonzalez. She brings her son to almost every event that the school has including many of the fundraisers. Mrs. Gonzalez is an active member of our School Site Council and one of the only members of our ELAC. Beyond this, she represents Highgrove at the district DLAC and LCAP meetings. She not only attends, she also promotes Highgrove and offers meaningful suggestions and ideas that benefit the school and community. Mrs. Gonzalez does all this while learning the English language! We gladly nominate Jocelyn Gonzalez to be a Women of Distinction!"

Congratulations to Mrs. Gonzalez and many thanks for all she does for our school and communuity!

Una de nuestras madres, Jocelyn González, ha sido nominada como "Mujer Distinguida" por la oficina de Supervisor José Medina, del Condado de Riverside. A continuación, compartimos lo que el Sr. Deaver presentó sobre ella:
"Una de las madres más involucradas de Highgrove es Jocelyn González, madre de Héctor Yerden González. Ella trae a su hijo a casi todos los eventos que organiza la escuela, incluidas muchas de las actividades de recaudación de fondos. La Sra. González es miembro activo de nuestro Consejo Escolar (School Site Council) y una de las pocas integrantes de nuestro Comité Asesor de Estudiantes de Inglés (ELAC). Además de esto, representa a Highgrove en las reuniones distritales del DLAC y del LCAP. No solo asiste, sino que también promueve a Highgrove y ofrece sugerencias e ideas valiosas que benefician tanto a la escuela como a la comunidad. ¡La Sra. González hace todo esto mientras aprende el idioma inglés! ¡Con mucho gusto nominamos a Jocelyn González para ser reconocida como Mujer Distinguida!"
