Here’s a sneak peek at our rotational training program. 60 exercises broken up into pre-game activation, recovery flows, arm care, peak power, hip-shoulder separation flows, and medicine ball flows. I’m an ex-minor league player and current DPT. I’m getting ready to go live with a performance based injury prevention rotational training program.
