Caiti-Jean Cupcakes

Custom Cupcakes I am a culinary student, majoring in baking and pastry, and cupcakes are my passion.

I am constantly developing new recipes and flavor combinations, I see it as an adventure. I make all of my batters, and frostings from scratch, and I use chocolate, gum-paste, and fondant to create decorations that take these cupcakes over the top. I have my food safe certificate, and I am able to make custom molds for chocolate, gum-paste, and fondant.
