While coaching on the ice I’m averaging double my resting heart rate…. More work than I thought 😰
A video on my thoughts of the stick “Wrap Around” coming very soon! I’ve spent a lot of time with it on the street. Sneak peak… I really really like it.

See you there
If we want to be powerful and explosive on the field then we need to lift for power in the weight room.
-First and second clip: power comes from moving heavy things fast.

An info graphic I made for class. Pretty simple workout that fits for a lot of beginners so I thought I’d share it with everyone. If you’re not sure how to find your max heart rate or how to estimate your 1 rep max message me and I can let you know 🙂
First time trying dumbbell jerks! Definitely a fun addition
Jump rope is my new favorite way to warm up! It’s a fun way to get your heart rate off it’s resting level.
