All Canvas activity, across all departments, including the delivery of instruction, is suspended through the weekend.
At this time, no other RCCD or college systems have been affected. Canvas will remain inaccessible while the issue continues to be addressed in coordination with the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office and the CCC Security Center.
Students and employees should plan for coursework and Canvas-related activity to resume once the system is restored.

Applications are now open for the RCCD/UCR Residential Scholars Program for the 2026–27 academic year. This program offers affordable, fully furnished apartments plus workshops, mentoring, and access to UCR and RCCD resources, all in a supportive living-learning community.

🎨 Tiger Doodle Deadline EXTENDED!

Good news, Tigers! You’ve got more time to create!

The Tiger Doodle deadline has been extended to April 10, so there’s still time to design your AANHPI Heritage Month–inspired Tiger Doodle featuring RCC’s Lamp of Learning.

How to participate:
Create an AANHPI-themed Tiger Doodle
Submit a square (1:1) digital design or 8" × 8" physical drawing
Drop off physical artwork at Art 103 or the CAK Information Desk
New deadline: April 10

Selected artwork will be featured in the Tiger Doodle Gallery, and students may receive a small prize and campus recognition.
