Beautiful misty morning teaching some yoga for the students @ UC Riverside.
Many yoga first timers in class, but they all learned super quickly and got an A+ for effort!🤣⭐️ Thanks to .fathers.co for the amazing matcha and coffee for a pick me up!

First class teaching Mindful Movement for The American Red Cross was a success. Looking forward to growing this program with the Services to the Armed Forces by American Red Cross🇨🇭Thank you to Chaplain Hart for creating the opportunity for this class and for participating as well🙏

So thrilled to be starting my journey with the American Red Cross as a Mindful Movement coach for the Services to the Armed Forces division.
This is a new program for the continental US that will begin to offer classes to the military community in cities nation wide by this newly trained team of amazing facilitators.
I will be representing the Southern California region, and I couldn’t be more honored to be part of one of the most well recognized and trusted organizations in the world🇨🇭

My first year attending OC Yoga Festival was amazing, even got the VIP treatment🌟 Yoga class in the sand is super challenging, but the ocean views and sunset were worth the effort🧡

Had so much fun giving personalized Yoga stretches to a large group of Airmen over their training weekend. Their uniform & boots did not stop them from trying out some Yoga moves for the first time🙏

Over the past year James has come to class regularly, working through injury to improve his physical and mental game. His discipline will no doubt show itself out there on the field🤾🏼 Frisbee Association🥏
