Our individual soul incarnates & lives behind the heart, experiencing life thru the body. Our Jivatman or spirit maintains our connection to the Divine. We have a spiritual anatomy.
Wyld Lotus Tantra: Authentic Vedic Tantra
I am Cathie. I have been studying sanskrit chanting meditation practices from my guru, Shajesh, for over 12 years.
I'd like to share these practices with those who have interest in the sincere study of meditation.
Ta***ic meditation wakes up prana energy which in turn begins to wake up chakras & over time can stimulate Shakti kundalini in the Central Channel, further activating chakras.
Two energy pathways, called nadis, rise from the root, intertwining as they go, & cross thru each other & the Central Channel at each chakra. Chakras emerge at these points.
Each chakra is a lotus flower with a specific number of petals. Blossoming of these flowers leads to expanded consciousness & removal of emotional blocks.
Crown chakra, Saharara, is our connection to spiritual ether. Spiritual energy brings a higher awareness beyond ego. Shakti unites with Shiva in the crown bringing enlightenment.
The Root Chakra, Muladhara, keeps us in our body, as Shakti Energy grounds us. She creates attraction and repulsion & pulls energy up from the Earth, rooting us.
Our throat chakra, when working properly, cooperates very closely with the heart chakra. Speech is a creative power that externalizes our mental processes. There is a mind in the heart.
Manipura, the Solar Plexus Chakra, is about expressing our will in the social realm, our inner fire, power and confidence. Color is yellow. Bija is Ram.
Our chakras are actually an instance of Goddess Shakti expressing Herself through us & our limited personal context. She creates our world through Her throat chakra.
Swadhithana, the 2nd chakra, below the navel, is about sensing emotional states within ourselves & others, and interpreting the information creatively.
