I am just over 3 months postpartum and I am surprised at the results I have!
Of course this journey is not easy by any means. Having a newborn, hating my body, and above all, dealing with postpartum depression has made this journey hard, but not impossible!
With only 20 minutes a day, six days a week, for 6 weeks, plus a group to hold me accountable, I have been able to grow my self esteem, lose weight, fight the depression that has crept up on me since being pregnant!
Now that I have conquered working out, I am working on incorporating healthy eating habits.
Eating Healthy....well. Let’s talk about that.
I am such a bag of chips & soda person, but realistically drinking and eating that stuff will not help me get to where I want to be or where I want my little family to be
And most days I forget to eat more than once or twice a day and we all know that eating too little is just as bad as eating too much
So now, it’s time for me to start integrating meal planning and healthy eating more regularly and with being a part of a master coach nutrition certification program, I am ready for this change.
So are you ready to join me on this journey?
Starting April 1st, I will be diving deep into
💫Conquering sugar addiction & emotional eating
💫Working through a workbook and educational videos to help teach us the foundations of what our bodies need in order to be our healthiest selves and reach our goals
💫Focusing on portions and food groups rather than calorie restriction or food group elimination
💫And finding the best of 3 paths for you to follow: baseline program for fueling our bodies, time-based nutrition for optimum workout/sports performance, carb-cycling to get ready for competitions or big events in our lives!
Are you ready to learn how to eat healthy without starving yourself AND ready your goals?
I have 5 more spots in this group and with this group being limited, I will be there for you every step of the way!

When are you more likely to skip a workout?
A. You have no one to workout with and no one will know (or care) if you don’t do it.
B. You have 5 others who are completing the same workout as you and are expecting you to do the work.
I would assume and most of you would say A because you have nobody to hold you accountable. When you have others holding you accountable, you don’t want to be the only one missing the work out.
If you struggled in the past to meet your health and fitness goals consider this: I have a challenge starting with a small group of people will be working out, eating right, and if you join, expecting you to do the same. Message me if you’re interested💪🏽
