Ok Everyone I asked and you spoke. I have scheduled the 1st Alumni game since 2019 on Tuesday November 14th with boys playing at 5 and girls at 6. I hope to see you all there and I am excited to see everyone back

Hey everyone, Coach Vaca here. Recently I have been playing around with the idea of bringing back the Alumni game. I think it would be a great way to bring everyone back together and have a little fun and AJ aquatics family. My question here is how many of you would be interested in participating? I would like to start setting it up once I know there is interest. The date would have to be after the whole season ends in November. Looking at November 16th or 17th. Perhaps many of you have heard (through the grape vine) that we will start water polo conditioning this week. I was reminded over the weekend, that RLERPD still has the pool booked up with public swim and swim lessons for their final week of the summer. Having said that, we will be only in the weight room at 4:00 starting this Tuesday, August 8. Remember, no one will be allowed to participate in any way, until they are cleared through homecampus.com with a physical and all other information.

Struck by vandals again- four bleachers and a water polo cage thrown into the pool! At least it was a team building exercise getting them out on a Sunday morning. Looking forward to having the high definition cameras installed.

Parents,

End of water polo season awards night is scheduled for Wednesday, November 17 at 6:30. It will take place at Boston Pizza, located at 5511 Sunrise Blvd. in Citrus Heights. See you then!

Also as a reminder, we’ve been doing offseason weight training Mondays-Thursdays (when school is in session) at 4:00. So if your athlete is not participating in any winter sports team or club, they should be making it to workouts.
