Last week, our preschool and kindergarten students tie-dyed shirts to wear on the last day of school. We think they might be professionals! 🌈🎨

We had so much fun spending the day playing with our outdoor toys. The smiles, laughter, and bright colors made for a wonderful day together.

A big thank you to all the family members who joined us for a special treat provided by our PTO. We are so grateful for your support and for helping make these memories extra special.

We had the BEST visitor today! 👮🏼‍♀️

Idaho State Police Trooper Brandy Mann stopped by our classroom to teach us all about water safety and vehicle safety.

Our preschool and kindergarten students got to explore her police car while wearing their brand new trooper hats and vests, definitely a highlight of the day! 🚔

Thank you, Brandy, for making this such a fun and memorable “cop day!” Most of our preschoolers know her best as “Karsyn’s mom,” since she spends so much time volunteering in our classroom. The kids were beyond excited to see her in her uniform today! 💙

Ladybugs, plants, and butterflies… oh my! 🐞🌱🦋

We ended April by releasing our butterflies, and the kids were so excited! After watching our caterpillars grow and form their chrysalis, students opened their own clothespin caterpillars into butterflies right along with them.

Such a fun, hands-on way to bring the life cycle to life!

We enjoyed the nice weather with some outdoor painting!

Our sensory table has turned into a dirt table with bugs. 🐞 The dirt is actually a cocoa mixture so your littles might come home smelling a little chocolatey! 🤪

We found a fun new use for our sensory chair today! 🎨🌀

Our kiddos created “circle art” while spinning, and let’s just say, it was a hit! The most common comment we heard? “I could do this all day!” 😄

Not only was it exciting, but it also gave us a great way to explore movement, creativity, and fine motor skills all at once. Such a fun way to learn!
