🎓💻 Graduating Seniors: Don’t Forget Your IT Checklist!

As you get ready to cross the stage, take a few minutes to review these important tech steps to avoid losing access to your files and tools after graduation:

📧 Email Access
Good news—you can keep your EKU student email! However, access to Microsoft 365 apps tied to your account will end.

☁️ Microsoft 365 & OneDrive
Your OneDrive files will be deleted after graduation—be sure to back up and transfer everything to a personal account before ceremonies wrap up.

📂 Google Drive & Apps
Access to EKU Google Drive and apps will also end. Don’t forget to download or export your data while you still can.

🖥️ Microsoft Office Subscription
Your free Office access (desktop + web apps) expires after you leave EKU. You’ll need your own subscription to keep using Word, Excel, and more.

⚠️ Take action now to protect your work and make your transition seamless!
