I am truly in my … grateful for what I have, for what is happening, and to be of sound mind and body.
There is so much we can complain about, but y’all we are truly blessed to walk, talk, operate on our own, and be able to do what we can with what we have!!! We truly are!!

Woke up grateful this morning!! Been in a mentally fog for a few weeks. Getting it all together one day at a time. I appreciate you Sis!! y’all mindset is keeping me together!! thank you for lifting the pressure off me!! you have been absolutely amazing with all my ups and downs🙏🏽🙌🏽 just being there has been everything.

Don’t mind me. I am slowly enjoying my evening cardio & sauna sessions in the gym. Can you believe I completed 50mins on the treadmill 👀, and I was good with it!

Physically feeling good!! Mentally exhausted but pushing through, trying to be the best I can be through this time.
I absolutely feel better when I look good, and get a good burn so that’s two outta 3 checks marked for me!!😜

If you feel unmotivated signup for a race, fitness challenge or athletic event. You can walk or jog the race, you can have a support group to complete the challenge, and you can prep for the event.
Whatever you want to do that can motivate you to condition and prep for that event. It gives you a timeline and something you are aiming for.
