Being Combative:
This is something that a lot of people may not be aware of. Whether at work, at your business, or with friends or family, being always combative can lead to conflicts with your colleagues, losing your customers, or constant misunderstanding with your love ones respectively. If you see yourself raising your voice or feeling angry, or trying hard to show you are right, or trying to prove the other person wrong, you are probably becoming combative.
How can you avoid being combative: The simple answer is by showing understanding and calmness with the person you are dealing with.
Why is it important to not be combative? Because you create a positive environment around you, you connect more with people, you can get help even when you don't expect, you perform better, you attract more customers, you are set for growth and promotion.

Certainly, in countries like the United States, people complain about school, but it's mainly because students take out loans costing thousands of dollars to fund their education. Otherwise, Americans don't necessarily deny the importance of school. Africans should complain that the content of the curriculum is not adapted to realities. But many instead rush into saying that school is not important, and the same people fight hard to offer microwave solutions to young people. Leaders and officials in countries must reframe this way of thinking, which can slow down the momentum in education and the development of skills necessary for solid and sustainable development.
