Happy National Invasive Species Awareness week! This past Sunday, WJC members joined the James River Park system in their kickoff event by removing invasive plant species and listening to a botanist is speak on invasive and native plants. The last two pictures are a before and after of one of the many trees we freed from invasive vines! Tomorrow night at 7pm, we will be holding our 2nd general body meeting! For this meeting we will be narrowing down the subject of climate change by looking at how it can cause and be caused by changes in the landscape and ecosystem.
