Oh, what a night! PHCCVA had a stellar state awards ceremony, recognized the winners from our annual apprentice contest and held graduation for the apprentices from Norfolk Tech. Huge thank you to our industry partner of the year - Noland. In addition, we honored Mr. Lindsey for his outstanding contributions to this industry with 8 decades of service; Mr. Jim Steinle for his relentless dedication to the trade and Mr. Chuck Worley as contractor of the year.

Huge shoutout to Tony Bertolino - instructor and PHCC National VP elect who pushed to make this event possible. We had nearly 300 guests and next year will be even bigger. Stay tuned for those details!

I want to open this opportunity up to contractor members who have an interest in serving at the national level. To make sure everyone fully understands the scope, expectations, and time commitment, I’ll be coordinating interviews alongside our current Secretary, Josh Hollub.
