To the ones kissing scraped knees, packing lunches, drying tears, cheering from the sidelines, and somehow making magic in the middle of the everyday — we see you. You are appreciated more than words can say.

Motherhood is not always easy, but the love you pour into little hearts helps shape the future one hug, one lesson, and one bedtime story at a time. 🌿

Simple Earth-Friendly Snack: Rainbow Veggie Cups

Preparing food together helps children understand where food comes from and how simple choices can support the planet.

Ingredients:
- Sliced fruits and/or veggies (carrots, cucumber, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, apples, grapes)
-Yogurt, hummus, or nut-free dip

Directions:
1. Wash produce together.
2. Cut into bite-sized pieces (adult help).
3. Arrange by color in cups.
4. Serve with dip and enjoy.
