The All-State music selections were released today.

I am hosting my annual Texas All-State Flute Masterclass
Saturday August 6th. If you have any flute students that would like to attend, please pass the info along! 🎶🎵⭐️⭐️⭐️

A huge congratulations to my 3 private flute students who auditioned for region 13 middle school today!!🎉🎵🎶 All 3 of them won a placement in the region band and.... my 7th grade student Pratheek from Quail Valley MS won 1st chair overall at the competition. I am so beyond excited for my super talented and dedicated students!!! ❤🤩

I was so honored to be invited to play alongside my flute students at the Virtuosi of Houston concert the past Saturday! 🎶❤ It was very exciting to play in such a beautiful theatre!

What I love about 🔥is that we have a great time while learning, making music, and making friendships! There are classes available for all levels of flute playing! Please come out to visit the Floot Fire virtual booth at 2021 TMEA! I would love to visit with you!!

Congratulations to all of my flute private students who have advanced to phase 2 in Region 13 & 17. 🎉🎶 This year has definitely been a challenge for both me and my students. We switched to online individual flute lessons and group masterclasses completely since March. I lost over half of my private students. Some of my students I was only able to hear play during a group class this past semester. Despite all of these challenges, my students have stepped up, kept up the dedication, and have continued to succeed. I am so proud of them! ⭐️

Congratulations to the Region 17 Shadow Creek High School Flutes 7 of those students advanced to Phase 2. And My two private students got 1st chair piccolo and 1st chair Freshman band.

Congratulations to my Region 13 private students. 15 of my students are advancing out of the 30 total! 2 of my students won 1st chair in their audition rooms.
