đ¸ Honoring love in all the ways it blooms.
Today we celebrate the mothers, grandmothers, stepmothers, chosen mothers, mentors, and nurturers who hold space for growth, resilience, and connection.
The love of a mother is often quiet strength â the steady presence that reminds us we are valued, supported, and capable of becoming who we are meant to be.
At Koi Coaching & Consulting, we believe wellbeing begins in relationships rooted in care, compassion, and connection. Today, we honor the women who embody that every day.
Wishing you moments of rest, joy, reflection, and deep appreciation this Motherâs Day. đ

Sometimes it's as simple as making a choice... to be happy. đ

Hereâs a refined Instagram post that weaves your emotional experience, the symbolism of the Eiffel Tower, and your Koi brand lens:
⸝
There are moments when joy doesnât feel subtle⌠it feels expansive.
Last night, nearly 1,000 feet above Paris, I felt it fully.
A literal high. â¨
Standing at the summit of the Eiffel Tower, looking out over the vastnessâthe Seine winding through the city, the lights beginning to flicker on, the quiet hum of life belowâI felt this overwhelming sense of happiness, perspective, and possibility.
And what struck me most⌠was not just the view, but the story behind what I was standing on.
The Eiffel Tower was never meant to be permanent.
It was once criticized, temporary, even unwanted.
And yet today, it stands as one of the most iconic structures in the world.
Every 5â6 years, it is completely repaintedâby hand, brushstroke by brushstroke. Not sprayed. Not rushed. Intentionally restored.
Layer by layer.
Care by care.
It even began as a completely different colorâredâbefore evolving into the golden presence we know today.
Thereâs something deeply aligned here with the work I believe in:
Growth isnât accidental.
Sustainability isnât passive.
And transformation⌠is never a one-time event.
Itâs intentional.
Itâs maintained.
Itâs chosenâagain and again.
Just like leaders.
Just like teams.
Just like us.
What we buildâour lives, our leadership, our impactârequires that same level of care, renewal, and perspective.
And sometimesâŚ
we need to rise above it all to see clearly what weâre actually building.
Last night was a reminder:
When you elevate your perspective,
you expand whatâs possible.

Thereâs a sign inside Shakespeare and Company bookstore we stumbled upon that reads:
âBe not inhospitable to strangers lest they be angels in disguise.â
This week, I found myself welcoming something unfamiliarâŚ
unstructured time.
Not time between meetings.
Not time to catch up.
But time in the middle of the day to simply readâ
On the grass in Luxembourg Gardens.
On the grounds of the Louvre.
Pages turning slowly, without urgency.
One of the most unexpected gifts of this trip wasnât a placeâŚ
it was permission.
Permission to step out of productivity
and into presence.
When we arrived to our Airbnbâalmost perfectly placedâ
a bright orange book on the shelf:,
The Subtle Art of Not Giving a $&@! (a much lighter read than I'm used to... and a much-needed grab-you-by-the-shoulders-and-look-you-in-the-eye moment of real-talk that I finished in just a few days).
A quiet nudge. A little humor.
A reminder to release what doesnât matter
and hold onto what does.
Time with my daughter.
Space to think.
Moments that donât need to be optimized.
This week felt like a quiet rebellion against rushing.
That's the real work of wellbeingâ it's
not about adding more, but letting go of whatâs misaligned
so we can make space for what matters most. â¨

Paris invites you to slow down and look up.
One moment youâre standing before the timeless strength of Notre Dame, a cathedral that has witnessed centuries of history and renewal. The next, you turn a corner and find the quiet magic of a small street cafĂŠâcolorful shutters, flowers spilling from the windows, and the kind of charm that feels almost storybook.
Itâs in these contrasts that the city reveals its beauty:
the monumental and the everyday, side by side.
As we wandered the streets today, I kept thinking about the power of aweâthose moments that expand our perspective and remind us how much history, creativity, and resilience live in the spaces around us.
Travel has a way of awakening that sense of wonder.
And sometimes the greatest lesson is simply this:
walk slowly, notice the details, and allow the world to surprise you.
Paris, you are magic. ⨠and the rose latte and matcha cake was incredibly unique (another gift of exploration- trying new things! )

Kicking off my Parisian adventure with a rejuvenating yoga class âď¸... nothing beats shaking off that flight fatigue and lack of sleep with some mindfulness and movement ! âď¸ Afterwards, I strolled through the charming streets to meet my daughter for cappuccino and explored the city like a local â¤ď¸. The most striking moment? When my yoga teacher's French cues still resonated deeply with me - a beautiful reminder that yoga transcends language.

Today is International Womenâs Day, and this yearâs theme is Give to Gain.
The idea is simple but powerful: when we invest in womenâthrough mentorship, opportunity, and supportâwe all gain.
My work as an executive coach is built on this belief.
I help women leaders grow their impact without losing themselves in the process- not driven by hustle culture or burnout but by intentionally and personal power.
Iâve been working on a new ad for Koi Coaching & Consulting, and Iâd love your honest feedback.
Does this message resonate?
âI coach badass women and execs doing big thingsâhelping them grow their work and leadership without losing themselves.â
My work sits at the intersection of performance and wellbeingâsupporting leaders to build businesses, teams, and careers that are both high-impact and deeply grounded.
On a day that celebrates the progress and potential of women everywhere, Iâm reminded how important it is that leadership doesnât require sacrificing who we are.
⨠Iâd love your input:
⢠What part of this message resonates most?
⢠What would make you stop scrolling?
⢠Does it clearly communicate what I do?
Happy International Womenâs Day to the women who are leading, building, and creating... đĽ
