First official run of 2025… Frostbite 15k last weekend! I’m looking forward to many more hours on the road with these ladies!💕💪🏃🏽‍♀️

It’s marathon week so our last group run was yesterday.
These ladies are just the best 🥳… friends, accountability partners, people who will continue to carry on a conversation with me even after I no longer make sense (for me that can happen as soon as 30 minutes in😂) and I can count on them through thick and thin. Thank you friends… I love you! I’m looking forward to many, many more miles of running with you!

16 miles done this morning on our training run… getting into the serious miles this time of year! 😂 I have to confess I didn’t want to go, but as always it was a great run with beautiful scenery along the way! Ever grateful to my running buddies for make the hours fun!!💜🥳

Messaging is THE most crucial element in our ability to connect with our ideal leads and clients.

Yet also one of the toughest things to get right.

-It's so easy to overcomplicate things.
-It's so easy to use words that they don't relate to
-It's so easy to talk about what we do, not about what THEY need
-It's so easy to talk AT them (teaching too much does this) and not connect with them

-People want connection.
-They want to be seen and heard and understood.
-They want judgement free zones. -They want it to be okay to be imperfect.
-They want it to be safe to learn something new (super hard for us adults!)

All of this comes out in how we communicate what we do, who we help, and how we help people as on-line coaches.

And to be seen and heard, you need to be very intentional in your messaging.

If you're struggling with your messaging, you're struggling being seen in the noisy online space.

Insert whatever word of your choosing here - God, Universe, Source, Divine, Creator (I'm sure I'm missing some here, so my apologies!) - but I love this quote and the empowerment associated with it.

It conveys that we all have God gifted talents. How empowering and wonderful is that?!

And it reflect to us that we have the choice to share those talents with others, touching other people's lives in such a positive way.

I actually see this in action every single day with the coaches who are my clients. They are powerful, passionate people who want to help others with their talents - who have a conviction to make the lives of others better, easier, more purposeful, more fun, more aligned to their client's God gifted talents.

Making this world a more positive, empowered place one person at a time. 🌟

I've been lucky enough to know my super power because I keep landing in jobs and positions that allow me to use it...

and my daughter summed it up again for me just the other day when I was talking to her...

She said..."Mom you're just so good at getting to the deep CORE of what people need, what they can't see and bring them a new perspective and way to go about things."

That makes my heart happy. Getting plunked into a role where I can use that ability has been a pattern in my life over and over again.

(that's why I love business and sales coaching and bringing the best of the best out of my clients so they can best serve THEIR soulmate clients!)

But I do like to tap into guidance.

I've really been consistently working on this practice since the beginning of the year.

It's amazing the emotions I feel when I sit in silence like this. Amazing unconditional love, the feeling of deep gratitude, the acceptance of myself just as I am and where I am on my journey, the guidance and wisdom, the healing, the learning to trust, the feeling of infinite power and potential within me... just to name a few.😂

Most online high ticket coaches I talk to hate (or strongly dislike) what they're doing for lead generation...

You know like:
😥 All the posting
🤢 Or cold outreach
😨 Or live events
🤔 Or networking
🙁 Or free "discovery" calls
😰 Or joining FB groups to try to find new clients there
🥴 And back to posting more and more...

So it makes it REALLY HARD to do all this stuff endlessly, over and over, day after day to find those leads and new customers to serve...

..So you can make money 💰 to support your family and keep your business going... or better yet, THRIVING! 🚀

Particularly if that lead generation you don't like doing also doesn't get you results that you're happy with. Like a new customer once in a blue moon. 🌘

I'm amazed at what I hear from online coaches about what they have been coached to do to get new leads and clients for their business.

A lot of it just sounds downright awful - like cold dm'ing 20 or more people that you don't know every single day.

Let me ask - how many of you actually have bought something from someone who cold messaged you?

I've been in the sales world for a long time - in a Fortune 500 company as a sales leader, and as an entrepreneur - and trying to get someone to buy something that they don't want or need is just a lot of work and time for few results. Besides, it feels just terrible to begin with.

It was never my style.
And I never wanted my "brand," my business reputation to reflect that sort of energy.

I think you need to find the people who want what you offer - and then learn if what you do is a good match for what they want to accomplish.

This makes sense, right?
