This week is Adolescent & Young Adult (AYA) Cancer Awareness Week — a time to honor, recognize, and uplift the incredible adolescents and young adults facing a cancer diagnosis. 🎗️

Too often, this group falls into the space between childhood cancer and adult cancers, leaving many young fighters feeling overlooked and forgotten.

A cancer diagnosis during this stage of life can be especially isolating. These are the years meant for discovering who you are, chasing dreams, and celebrating milestones — senior prom, high school graduation, the first day of college. Moments that so many look forward to suddenly become uncertain or missed entirely.

To every AYA cancer fighter: we see your strength, your courage, and your resilience. You are not invisible, and you are never alone. We stand with you today and every day. 💛

Happy 21st Birthday to childhood cancer survivor Brice King!

Diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma at just 2 years old, Brice has not had an easy road.

In 2007, he endured multiple rounds of chemotherapy, surgery, stem cell transplant, radiation treatments, and antibody therapy between Riley Hospital in Indianapolis and Sloan-Kettering in NYC.

Thankfully Brice remains cancer-free today!

His remarkable journey isn't just about survival - it's about how he chooses to thrive every single day.

His extraordinary outlook on life, unwavering determination, and positive spirit continue to inspire everyone around him.
