This is what grief is.
A hole ripped through the very fabric of your being.
The hole eventually heals along the jagged edges that remain. It may even shrink in size.
But that hole will always be there.
A piece of you always missing.
For where there is deep grief, there was great love.
Don’t be ashamed of your grief.
Don’t judge it.
Don’t suppress it.
Don’t rush it.
Rather, acknowledge it.
Lean into it.
Listen to it.
Feel it.
Sit with it.
Sit with the pain. And remember the love.
This is where the healing will begin.

How do we discover our own unique expression here on earth?
Hi all, I am excited to share about something new in the works—Spoken Logos Life Coaching and Mentoring!
Although I was a teacher for seventeen years, this has always been something that I am deeply passionate about. What I have often observed is people stuck in life, spinning their wheels trying to figure out what their purpose is or what direction to go in etc. I was one of these people; unsure of what my own purpose was in life; addicted to comfort and security; too afraid to step out of the boat and pursue the deepest desires of my heart; living a life dictated by subconscious thought patterns and beliefs; trapped. But through a series of life circumstances and dreams, I was led on a healing journey of discovering wholeness, body, soul, and spirit.
I ultimately desire to hold space for people to find freedom, self love, and wholeness, with the courage to pursue the life they want to live and to settle for nothing less.
My main areas of focus are with one or more of the following:
➕spiritual guidance with unearthing deep biblical truths to challenge unhealthy views of God and self
🤲 mentoring for young adults, helping them unlock their inner wisdom to find direction and fulfillment in life
⛓️💥breaking through the stagnancy of life caused by self-doubt, limiting beliefs, and subconscious programming

The Apostle Paul tells us to make the most of time (kairos), Kairos is sacred time characterized by its non-linear and spontaneous occurrence. It is divinely inspired action at the perfect moment.
When Jesus spoke of “ goodness” and “blessedness”, the Aramaic means ripeness, doing the right thing at the precise time. Kairos creates new spaces within chronos; it brings eternity into the now. It is not time-less but time-full or time full-filled.
When we aren’t at the mercy of chronos (linear time) but live within God’s perfect timing, acceleration and extraordinary acts take place!
