Orders take about 2-4 weeks from receiving payment to complete, customized glitter or painted tumblers take some time to make. The process has many parts, and some of the parts are dependent on weather and drying time. Full payment (including shipping) is due before work begins. To begin an order, we will need your email address and zip code so that we can send you a Paypal invoice. If your order

is damaged in transit, you must notify us within three days of delivery. Shipping delays do happen, once your item leaves our hands it is out of our control. I will provide you with the tracking number once I ship your item.
