Do you ever feel like you're trying to reach a goal and it just doesn't seem to be happening?

I've felt this way many times, whether it's financial goals, health goals, spiritual goals or any other goal. Often it feels like two steps forward and one step back.

The biggest lessons I've learned are consistency, accountability, and to just keep moving forward while giving yourself a little grace when you slip.

I have the opportunity to visit with many young adults who are eager to start investing for their future. When I was in my 20's & 30's, retirement seemed an eternity away and way down the priority list, so needless to say, I'm impressed.

The best time to start investing is when you're debt free and have a fully funded emergency fund.
