📚✨ Learning & Growing in Ms. Scott’s Class! ✨📚

Our TK/K scholars in Ms. Scott’s SDC at Henry Elementary are learning, growing, and building their math skills! 🔢💙 From practicing math facts to developing problem-solving skills, our youngest learners are working hard and celebrating every step of their progress.

And the learning continues! 🌟 Next up: strengthening fine motor skills and developing a strong pencil grip to support writing, independence, and success across the school day. ✏️🙌

We love seeing our scholars engaged, confident, and excited about learning!

🧩 Tetris Time at Frisbie! 🧩

Students at Frisbie Middle School had a great time connecting, strategizing, and putting their problem-solving skills to the test during Tetris Time, hosted by TBS Wellness Center Lead Michael Arrington!

Activities like Tetris Time provide students with opportunities to build positive connections, practice critical thinking, relieve stress, and enjoy a welcoming space on campus. 💙

Thank you, Michael, for creating engaging opportunities that help make the Wellness Center a place where students can connect, recharge, and belong!

📚✨ IEP Essentials at Rialto High School!

Special Services Program Specialists Tom Orantes and Carina Quan provided a targeted IEP Essentials Training for the Rialto High School Special Educators! 💙💛

The training focused on strengthening essential IEP practices, supporting compliance, and building staff capacity to develop high-quality, student-centered IEPs.

📚✨ Special Services Professional Development: SEIS & SpEdCare

Our Special Services team is the BEST! Coordinator, Compliance Patty Carrillo, Program Specialist Tyler Lange and Instructional Specialist Italia Lange facilitated a professional learning focused on SEIS and SpEdCare—two important tools for effectively managing a compliant special education caseload.

This hands-on PD provided our new Education Specialist with practical skills to strengthen IEP compliance, caseload management, documentation, and progress monitoring while keeping student needs at the center of our work. 💙

When we strengthen our systems, we strengthen our ability to serve students! 🌟. Stay tune.. Special Services has so much more to come!
